Mediothek Afghanistan in Nangarhar province organized an outreach workshop on sharing the results of several meetings, trainings/seminars and events between Afghan and Pakistani youth ambassadors organized within the framework of the “Afghan and Pakistani young ambassadors for peace” initiative in the course of past several months during 2019 in Kabul and Islamabad.

A group of twenty five young leaders including young female leaders, journalists, social activists, representatives of youth groups and peace advocates participated in the workshop conducted members of the Afghan and Pakistani Peace Ambassadors from Peace, who participated in several events in Kabul and Islamabad.
The sharing results events and outreach workshops organized simultaneously by Mediothek Afghanistan’s provincial offices across eight provinces of Afghanistan aim to transfer and share the experiences, lessons, expectations and perspectives of the young peace ambassadors of Afghanistan and Pakistani exchanged in the course of the various events between Afghan and Pakistani young peace ambassadors during 2019, with students and activists at local and provincial levels across several provinces of Afghanistan and Pakistan.
The local outreach workshops are preceded by five events namely “Seminar on History and Politics” in Kabul and Islamabad on May of 2019 and a “SWOT Analysis workshop” in July in Kabul between Afghan and Pakistani youth ambassadors, a “dialogue forum with political decision-makers” in early September in Kabul and finally a “dialogue forum with political decision-makers” in Islamabad of Pakistan on early September, 2019.
As a core component of the “Sharing Results/Outreach Workshops) the outcomes and results of the various earlier events of the young

ambassadors of Afghanistan and Pakistan were shared with the group of young activists through a combination of mixed methods of presentation, group-work, videos and interactive discussions and. The workshop ended with certificate distribution to the young leader for participating and successfully completing the workshop.
The Afghan-Pakistani Youth Ambassadors for Peace initiative is funded by the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany.
