By the initiative of a number of cultural activists and literary figures and unwavering support of Mediothek Afghanistan, the “Nai -O- Nawa” cultural and artistic circle was established a year and a half ago with the aim of bringing cohesion and solidarity among cultural activists and advocates such as poets, writers and artists of broad interest.

From the beginning of its establishment, “Nay & Nawa” recognized its responsibility and mission to work and develop a post-war cultural communication, encourage writing dedicated to promoting peace, and emphasize the revitalization of a post-war culture and art and encourage anti-violence and war literature.
