For better coordination and enhanced cooperation Mediothek Afghanistan conducts regular cooperation meetings, where all senior staff members come together and discuss challenges and achievements and share concerns and experiences with each other.
This time, the periodic meeting was held in Mullana’s House at Mediothek Balkh, the Chief Director of Mediothek, Mr. Ahmad Sultan Karimi was chairing the meeting, and coordinators of different provinces participated in the gathering.
The coordination meetings, usually held in quarterly bases, present a good opportunity for senior staff members to discuss important topics and seek solutions to challenges they might have in their regions. It is also a great chance for the chief director to personally hear and address issues that may not come up in other meetings held along the year.
Cooperation meetings are usually held Kabul, but this time it was held in Mazar-e-Sharif city of Balkh province in part, because most of the coordinators were present there attending a gathering on the rights of citizens.
