Maulana Peace House (Mediothek Balkh) launched a new round of advanced painting course for artists and students of faculty of fine arts of Balkh University and artists.
The new phase of the art and painting course will professionally train fifteen young female artists who already have a foundational knowledge of painting and the art of paining as student of fine arts.
The course which is free of charge for the artists will be led by a leading painter and artist Saber Naqshbandi who is also the coordinator of Mediothek Balkh. The participants of the course are also members of the artist’s network of Mediothek Balkh who with the support of Maulana Peace House advocate for the development of art and work as volunteer and cultural activists in Mediothek Balkh.
Training course will be held three days each week given the participants, students of fine arts from Balkh University and independent artists, ample time to learn and practice under the direction of their artist-strainer.
Mediothek Balkh has been organizing such free of cost art and painting courses for several year now, has completed several basic painting courses in collaboration with location art advocacy organizations.
